What exactly do I get?
A ZIP per colorway, downloaded straight after checkout. Each one holds the same city in five print ratios — 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 and ISO A — so 45 files in all for a map poster, plus a short print guide. Nothing is watermarked and nothing expires.
Does anything ship to me?
No. These are digital files you print yourself or hand to a print shop. No poster, no frame, and no delivery time — the download link is there the moment the order goes through.
How big can I print it?
Up to 24×36 in (60×90 cm) from the largest ratio, and every smaller size in that ratio from the same file. The PDFs carry a 300 DPI image, which is the resolution a print shop asks for; the street-name editions are fully vector, so those scale to any size at all.
Will it fit my frame?
Almost certainly. The five ratios cover the standard frame shapes sold in Europe and North America, including the ISO A sizes that fit IKEA frames. Pick the ratio that matches your frame, then print at whichever size in it you want.
How do I print it?
A local or online print shop will take the PDF as it is — that is what it is for. At home, print the PNG or JPG at the size you want and let the printer scale to fit. A one-page guide with paper and sizing notes is in the download.
Which colorway should I choose?
You do not have to choose: all three come with every purchase, so you can hang one and change your mind later. Paper suits bright walls, Dark suits a moody room, Bright is the sharpest in a simple black frame.
Can I use it commercially?
The files are licensed for your own personal use — print as many copies as you like for yourself or as gifts. For anything commercial (resale, client work, print-on-demand, merchandise) get in touch first and we will sort out a licence. Reselling the files themselves is never permitted.
What if something is wrong with my file?
Write to us and we will fix it. Because the files arrive instantly there is nothing to send back, so downloads are not returnable as a matter of course — but a file that will not open, prints wrong, or is not what the listing described is our problem, and we will re-issue it or refund you.
Where does the map data come from?
OpenStreetMap, the open map of the world built by volunteers. Every export carries the credit “© OpenStreetMap contributors”, and the drawing, framing and colour are ours.
My city is not here. Can you draw it?
Usually, yes — new cities go up regularly and a request moves to the front of the queue. Tell us the city and roughly how much of it you want in frame.
