Licence & Refunds
Plain terms for a digital product. Orders themselves run through Etsy, whose own buyer terms apply to the transaction.
What you are buying
A set of print-ready files — one per colorway, each in five print ratios — delivered as an instant download after checkout. Nothing physical ships, no frame is included, and the files are yours to keep with no expiry.
What you may do with the files
Print them, as many times as you like, for yourself or as a gift. Hang them anywhere in your own home or office. Reframe, resize and reprint them whenever you want.
What you may not do
Resell, redistribute, share or give away the files themselves; upload them to a stock, print-on-demand or template service; or use them commercially — on products for sale, in client work, or in paid advertising — without written permission. If you want a commercial licence, write to hello@kvarterstudio.com; we grant them and it is a short conversation, not a refusal.
Refunds
An instant download cannot be returned, so purchases are not refundable as a matter of course. That is not the end of it: if a file will not open, prints incorrectly, or is not what the listing described, tell us at hello@kvarterstudio.com and we will re-issue it or refund you. We would rather fix it than keep the money.
The map data
The underlying geography comes from OpenStreetMap and is licensed under the Open Database License. Every file we sell carries the credit “© OpenStreetMap contributors”, and that credit must stay on the artwork. The cartographic style, framing, typography and colour are ours.
Accuracy
These are artworks, not navigational charts. OpenStreetMap is volunteer-mapped and a street may be missing, renamed or newly built. Each city page states exactly what the print covers and where it is centred, so you can check the frame before you buy.
